At Matbaje, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely across all Iraqi provinces. We offer a flat shipping fee of 5,000 IQD, regardless of your location within Iraq.

Shipping Information:

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Delivery time varies by location but typically takes between 1 – 2 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation message upon shipment, including a tracking number if available.

Exchange & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day exchange and return policy from the date of receiving your shipment, provided that the item is in its original condition with the size tag attached. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

Important Guidelines:

  • Only one exchange or return request is allowed per order.

  • Items that are damaged or missing tags are not eligible for return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any additional costs.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a free exchange or full refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
